Key Industry Issues
UDI-Calgary and CHBA-Calgary Region have identified key issues facing future growth and development in Calgary. These positions illustrate the need for certainty on future serviced land supply in new areas along with policy changes that would encourage more housing units in the developed area. What both Associations agree on is the need for balance. Opportunities for growth and development in ALL areas of the city will protect consumer choice and help maintain affordability.
